Max Effort

Today was a max effort day - where I got to officially put down some numbers and compare them to the "healthy beginner" standards:

Push-ups: 4
Squats: 50
Sit-ups: 57
Pull-ups: 6 on the thin band. No-band, here I come!
KB Swings - on a 45lb Kettleball, 30 in a row
