It took me a while, but my form for the squat has finall improved! I don't have any advice for people struggling to keep their torso straight - except practice practice practice! Also - warming up helps!!!

This will be my place to rave about achievements and vent about anything that happens to be frustrating me at the time. Hopefully by talking about Crossfit on here I can tone it down a bit around my friends (who think I've joined a cult!)
